FinOps Specialist

Cloud is scaling fast. So are the costs. But how do you create transparency and smarter decisions across a growing multi-cloud setup?

At BESTSELLER TECH, we’re building a more unified cloud setup across AWS, Azure and GCP. As our FinOps Specialist, you will take ownership of how we understand, manage and optimise our cloud spend, connecting engineering, data and finance along the way.

YOUR TEAM
You’ll join a Tech setup responsible for cloud operations across platforms - bringing AWS, Azure and GCP into one unified approach. The team works across infrastructure and observability, handling everything from performance data to system behaviour. What’s missing is cost ownership. 
Based in our Tech Hub in Malaga, you’ll work closely with colleagues in Denmark, collaborating across locations to bring structure, transparency and smarter decision-making into how we run our cloud. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 
You take ownership of how we manage and optimise cloud cost across platforms and teams - bringing visibility and accountability into a growing cloud spend while connecting engineering, data and finance to drive better decisions. 

More specifically, you will:

  • Establish and drive tagging governance to ensure accurate cost attribution across all cloud resources  
  • Develop and execute FinOps strategies across AWS, Azure and GCP - turning usage into optimisation  
  • Build cost allocation and showback models that create transparency and accountability across teams  
  • Identify and drive cost optimisation initiatives - from rightsizing and reserved capacity to architectural improvements

WHAT YOU BRING
You know how to turn cloud usage into real business decisions. Preferably you have: 

  • Experience working with FinOps or cloud cost optimisation
  • Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar)
  • A financial mindset and know how to translate usage into cost and value  
  • The ability to work across teams and bridge technical and financial perspectives  
  • Strong communication skills in English
