Position: Receptionist
Reports to: Distribution center manager
Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Salary: Between 19$ and 21$ per hour based on experience

What you’ll do.
As a Receptionist, your primary goal is to ensure the smooth daily operation of our activities. Your main responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and managing phone calls and emails.
- Entering, updating, and verifying data, and maintaining attendance records.
- Managing supplies, inventory, and mail, and maintaining a clean reception area.
- Scanning, classifying, and archiving documents, and producing/formatting documents.
- Scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and providing general support to the team and management.
What We're Looking For.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Good command of computer tools (Word, Excel, email, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Developed customer service skills.
- Autonomy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to write and speak in English and French in order to communicate with suppliers across Canada.
