What you’ll do.
As a Specialist, your primary goal is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our activities and to act as a department expert for the rest of the team. Your main responsibilities include:
- Preparing shipments and shipping documents each day
- Tracking and sharing shipment status with customers
- Maintaining great relationships with carriers and internal teams
- Ensuring customers receive their orders on time
- Sending shipping confirmations to customers
- Billing customers according to their billing preferences
- Training and developing new employees
- Solving problems and conducting follow-ups/investigations
What We're Looking For.
- Experience in team management within distribution or logistics.
- Ability to handle stress and solve challenges proactively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability to change.
- Able to communicate in both English & French as you’ll be working with customer from the United States & Canada.
