Position: Finance Intern
Reports to: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant
Duration: 3 months - up to 36 h/week (with possibility of extension)
Location: Montreal, QC

What You Will Do

As a Finance Intern, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support core finance activities and learn how financial processes operate within a global organisation. You’ll work closely with experienced finance professionals and contribute to meaningful tasks that support our business operations.

More specifically, your tasks may include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Support monthly closing activities — preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and basic financial reports.

• Help review and verify invoices and expense documentation for accuracy and compliance.

• Support financial analysis and reporting — compile data and assist in preparing summaries for the team.

• Assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks and communication with internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and learn best practices for financial reporting.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about finance, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

What matters most to us:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills — you’re attentive to details and enjoy working with numbers.

• A problem-solver mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support the team.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with others.

• Good communication skills in French and English, as you will be attending meetings with our Canadian suppliers.
