Sales Representative

Position:    Junior Sales Representative, JJXX
Reports to:    Sales Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your mission will be to connect with new business clients and strengthen relationships with our existing ones. You’ll help promote our fashion products, making sure they’re just what each client needs. From the first conversation to closing the deal, you’ll be there every step of the way, making a big impact with your work.

Some of your tasks include:

  • Find and reach out to potential clients in the fashion industry through research, events, and networking.
  • Present and sell seasonal collections to buyers, 6 times a year, and help with order processing.
  • Stay in touch with your clients, understand their needs, address concerns, and look for ways to grow their business with us.
  • Analyze current business trends and develop strategies during market visits.
  • Keep track of client orders to ensure seasonal targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Regularly update the sales management team on your sales performance and upcoming opportunities.
  • Plan your travel across Canada efficiently to make the most of your budget.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
You bring energy, leadership, and a strong work ethic to everything you do, and you thrive in a team setting. You also have:

  • At least one year of experience in wholesale or retail within the fashion industry.
  • Experience in womenswear is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of the current wholesale landscape and competitors.
  • The ability to build strong relationships, influence decisions, and negotiate with confidence.
  • A keen eye for detail, with top-notch organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other computer applications.
  • You’re driven by results and love hitting your targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English to connect with customers across Canada.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to use your personal car for work-related travel.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
