Raw material production and garment manufacturing are water-intensive processes. We’re aware of this challenge. That’s why we’re working dedicated to improve the water use across our supply chain. From enhancing efficiency of wet processing to enforcing strict wastewater management requirements. From conducting regular risk assessments to supporting suppliers implementing the best available technology.

The majority of our emissions come from our supply chain, and that is where we focus most of our efforts. We work toward reducing our negative environmental footprint by sourcing renewable electricity, improving energy efficiency in our buildings, and increasing the use of preferred materials. This is ongoing work, and we know real progress takes time and collaboration with suppliers and across the industry.

Chemical management is not a stand-alone issue. It is embedded in everything from water quality to worker well-being and consumer safety. We are therefore working to eliminate harmful chemicals from processes and products in our supply chain and replacing hazardous chemicals with safe alternatives. How?
