How we work

Working in Logistics, your most important responsibilities are to effectively manage and improve the import, export, shipping and receiving processes to serve our customer base all over the world.

You work closely with your team and other departments to ensure cost-effective transportation and logistics. You have a talent for evaluating customer needs, researching transportation methods and auditing carrier performance. You actively apply best practices to improve logistics processes to always stay one step ahead of the competition.

We remove friction so our brands - and customers - feel the difference.

New tasks appear all the time. You’ll develop your skills and share what you know.

Some projects need an extra push. In return, you get trust and flexibility in how you plan your time.

"If you are not curious, you would struggle here. Get to know the organisation. Let them know who you are. Then you can come with all of your ideas."

We’re “one family” at BESTSELLER. We do right by each other, keep things simple and build solutions that make life easier for colleagues and partners.

It is our people and our values that make BESTSELLER the welcoming and energised place it is. We think of ourselves as family, motivated to do right by one another and working together to meet the standards we set ourselves.

In our canteens we offer a delicious, appetizing and varied diet to our colleagues and guests, where all needs are taking into consideration.
