YOUR ROLE

This is your opportunity to own the numbers – and influence what comes next. As our Financial Controller, you’ll go beyond reporting. You’ll challenge, improve and drive performance across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes,
  • Driving monthly closing activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Delivering insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making,
  • Monitoring financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities,
  • Ensuring data accuracy and challenging assumptions,
  • Managing financial forecasts,
  • Contributing to business cases and performance analysis,
  • Improving financial processes and reporting structures,
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines and business goals.

YOUR PROFILE

You’re ready to step up. You take ownership, challenge the status quo and turn insights into action.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field,
  • Has 3 years of experience in controlling or finance (real sector experience preferred),
  • Brings strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Has experience in reporting, financial analysis and budgeting,
  • Communicates clearly and confidently in English,
  • Is proactive, detail-oriented and able to influence stakeholders,
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
