YOUR TEAM 
You will join BESTSELLER TECH Service Desk, a team of nine colleagues based across Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands. Together, we support BESTSELLER colleagues with their everyday IT needs and work to make sure issues are handled quickly and consistently. 

You will report directly to People Lead, Jeppe Habekost Holmstoel Rounborg, and work closely with colleagues across the team. Knowledge sharing and collaboration are an important part of how we support each other and continuously improve our way of working. 

YOUR ROLE 
As an IT Supporter, you will be one of the points of contact when colleagues need help with IT-related issues. Although you will be based at our Malaga office, your support will primarily be provided by phone and chat to colleagues across BESTSELLER. 

Your responsibilities include: 

• providing first-level IT support and troubleshooting to colleagues by phone and chat
• helping colleagues with IT equipment, workplace setups and everyday technical issues 
• registering and following up on support cases and ensuring relevant documentation is kept up to date  
• guiding colleagues towards relevant self-service options and sharing knowledge within the team  
• contributing to consistent support practices and improvements across the team

YOUR PROFILE 
You enjoy helping people and finding practical solutions to their IT challenges. You communicate clearly, work systematically and remain calm when several support requests come in at the same time. 

We imagine that you: 

• have an IT support education or equivalent practical experience 
• have hands-on experience with IT support, preferably from a service desk or similar environment  
• are confident working with Windows 11 and macOS  
• have solid experience with Microsoft 365  
• communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken  
• take a service-minded approach and enjoy helping colleagues solve their IT issues
