Your Mission
To develop fashion collections with strong commercial potential, aligned with the brand identity and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design commercial collections aligned with brand strategy and positioning.
Create complete technical files ready for production.
Develop proposals adapted to target customer and market segmentation.
Participate in fittings and garment adjustments.
Ensure alignment between design, target cost, and expected margins.
Conduct ongoing research on global trends and competitors.
Adapt trends into commercially viable products.
Perform benchmarking of brands within the same market segment.
Coordinate with production teams and suppliers throughout product development.
Participate in internal and commercial collection presentations.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in high-volume, commercially driven brands.
Experience developing collections focused on mass-market sales.
Experience working with tight calendars and multiple drops.
Hard Skills
Technical file development.
Strong knowledge of textiles and production processes.
Proficiency in Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
Creativity, innovation, and strong ability to interpret and enhance brand identity.
