Development Process Specialist

Are you passionate about designing, optimising, and anchoring processes - and about bringing people together to make change happen? Do you love turning complexity into clarity and finding smarter ways of working?
Then you might be the Development Process Specialist we’re looking for to join our Development team in Flow of Goods and help us strengthen our logistics processes within the department.

Your Team
In Flow of Goods, we’re more than 50 dedicated colleagues who make sure our products move seamlessly from suppliers to customers - and that we keep getting better at it.
You’ll join our development team of four passionate colleagues and your manager, working side by side to optimize processes, creating transparency and create the structure that enables our business to grow.
Together, we connect logistics with brands, markets, and central functions - keeping BESTSELLER fast, flexible, and future-ready.

Your Role
As our new Development Process Specialist, you’ll work hands-on with process mapping, optimization, and implementation of smarter ways of working.
You’ll collaborate closely with process owners, users, and stakeholders to ensure improvements create real value. Whether it’s facilitating workshops, analyzing data, or exploring automation opportunities, you’ll help turn ideas into tangible results.
Our team might not “own” the processes, but we play a key role in helping others own, understand, and continuously improve theirs. That’s why strong partnerships - across logistics, brands, markets and external partners are at the heart of what you’ll do.

More specifically, your key responsibilities includes:

  • Facilitate end-to-end process improvement across Flow of Goods.
  • Map and optimize cross-functional value streams in close collaboration with business.
  • Lead and participate in workshops to share best practices and drive learning.
  • Apply LEAN and continuous improvement methods to reduce waste and improve flow.
  • Use structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, A3) to identify root causes and drive solutions.
  • Identify and support the implementation of automation opportunities (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA etc.).
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure standards are followed. May include ad-hoc tasks related to process testing and validation.

Your Profile
You’re proactive, structured, and curious - someone who enjoys turning ideas into action and seeing improvements come to life.  You combine a strong process mindset with analytical thinking: you’re confident working with data, mapping workflows, and simplifying complexity to create real impact through collaboration.

We imagine that you:

  • Have a background in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or a related field - from either academic studies or freight forwarding experience.
  • Bring 1–3 years of experience from process improvement, logistics, or operational excellence.
  • Understand or are eager to develop your knowledge of LEAN and continuous improvement.
  • Not a requirement, but an advantage could be a LEAN Green Belt certification or similar.
  • Know how to facilitate process workshops and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Communicate clear in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with process automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, RPA) is an advantage, but not a requirement.

At BESTSELLER, we value your drive and curiosity more than a perfect match on paper. If you’re eager to learn and ready to grow, we’ll make sure you have the tools and support to do so.

Your Benefits
At BESTSELLER Logistics you can:

  • Play a key role in shaping our process improvement approach.
  • Collaborate across functions, brands, and markets.
  • Grow personally and professionally in a supportive environment.
  • Enjoy flexibility, trust, and a down-to-earth culture.
  • Make a real impact in a global logistics setup.

We look forward to hearing from you
