THE BUSINESS UNIT 
As PEOPLE Business Partner for BESTSELLER Logistics, you will report directly to the People Manager, Logistics. Headquartered in Haderslev, Denmark, BESTSELLER Logistics counts more than 600 colleagues across multiple locations in Denmark 

THE JOB   
Your primary responsibility is to provide qualified consulting on both an operational and a tactical level to the Department Managers and Shift leaders in Global Operations. You support them within leadership, Growth Management, absence management, employee engagement, succession planning, recruitment, and onboarding. 

Specifically, your responsibilities include:

  • Support the Global Operations on various PEOPLE activities related to the yearly PEOPLE (HR) wheel and represent Logistics in global PEOPLE projects when relevant
  • Responsible for Logistics employer branding activities, including setting up cooperations with business schools
  • Support on OPV (satisfaction) survey, regarding data check, communication, training, and collection of action plans
  • Streamline the Logistics recruitment process and implement a new recruitment policy as well as act as backup for recruitment interviews and assessment feedback 
  • Assist in coordinating apprentice programme including contact to schools
  • Act as superuser and supporting our managers in the usage of SuccessFactors

We hope that you bring the following qualifications to the job:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience as HR Business Partner or similar, preferably from an international company
  • Sound business understanding from working in the private sector or a family-owned company, preferably a company with in-house logistics and blue-collar employees
  • Knowledge of employment law and the ability to provide advice on the subject is an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English

LOCATION
BESTSELLER Logistics has locations in Haderslev, Fredericia/Taulov, and the central PEOPLE department is based in Brande and Aarhus. Your presence will at times be needed at all locations, but you will primarily be working from Haderslev.
