HR People Administrator

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused HR People Administrator to support our HR function across Ireland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional administrative support while helping to deliver a positive employee experience.
The HR People Administrator will provide day-to-day HR and administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and efficient HR processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, probation documentation, and employment-related correspondence.
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews,screening, and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate employee induction and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain HR systems and personnel files.
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits administration.
  • Monitor annual leave, absence, and other employee records.
  • Support managers and employees with HR queries.
  • Assist with performance review and probation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Irish employment legislation.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain employee data.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellbeing programmes
  • Fleet and related management
  • Office facilities coordinator
  • Local IT support - 
    Digitally minded with excellent IT skills and a keen interest in improving processes through technology.

About You

  • Previous HR administration experience preferred.
  • HR qualification or currently studying towards a CIPD or HR-related qualification desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, Teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
