As Personal Assistant to our newly appointed Global Supply Chain Director, you will play an important role in supporting a key business area within BESTSELLER, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across our global organisation.
THE TEAM
Global Supply Chain is a key strategic function at BESTSELLER, connecting our brands with a global network of sourcing offices, suppliers and business partners. We continuously strengthen our supply chain through collaboration, innovation and responsible business practices, ensuring we deliver quality products in an efficient and considered way.
You will join a small team based in Denmark, while working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across China, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Türkiye, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam and Hong Kong. Trust, ownership and collaboration define how we work, and international coordination is an integral part of everyday business.
YOUR ROLE
As Personal Assistant, you will be the trusted partner to the Global Supply Chain Director, helping coordinate priorities, support decisions and keep daily operations running smoothly. You will prepare material in time, support meetings and administrative tasks, and ensure clear follow-up, while helping create structure and clarity in a complex and fast-moving environment.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Director's calendar, travel and daily priorities
- Preparing agendas, presentations and decision material
- Capturing key decisions, actions and follow-up from meetings
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and business events
- Handling correspondence in Danish and English
- Supporting administrative processes and coordination across the department

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured, proactive and service-minded, with the ability to create clarity and keep a clear overview in a fast-moving international business. You work independently, communicate clearly and build strong working relationships with colleagues across cultures and organisational levels. At the same time, you exercise sound judgement, maintain discretion and handle confidential information with professionalism.
We imagine you bring:
- Some years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent coordination, planning and time management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Experience or interest in supply chain or an international business environment
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
