As a Business Analyst in TECH Buying, you'll help uncover the real business need before a single line of code is written. You'll ask questions, challenge assumptions and translate business needs into clear requirements that help the team build the right solutions.

YOUR TEAM
You'll join TECH Buying, where we build and continuously improve the digital solutions that support product development across BESTSELLER.
We're a cross-functional product team made up of a Product Owner, Business Analysts, an Architect and Developers. Together, we take ownership of our products from idea through implementation and continuously improve them as business needs evolve.
You'll collaborate with colleagues across BESTSELLER, from buyers and designers to Enterprise Architecture and Business Intelligence, giving you the opportunity to build a broad network across the business.
YOUR ROLE
As our new Business Analyst, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and developers to understand business needs and turn them into digital solutions.
By asking the right questions and challenging assumptions, you'll help ensure we're solving the right problems before building the solution. From understanding business needs to supporting implementation, you'll play an active role throughout the product lifecycle.
More specifically, you'll:
- Understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and developers
- Help shape and continuously improve our digital products
- Lead smaller initiatives and product improvements from idea to implementation
- Support the implementation of new solutions and ways of working
- Contribute to improving our products and the way we work.
YOUR PROFILE
You're curious by nature and enjoy understanding how things work before suggesting how they can be improved. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships across different teams and enjoy working with both business stakeholders and developers to solve complex challenges.
We imagine that you:
- Have a relevant academic degree within supply chain, engineering, information technology, business or a similar field, or relevant business experience from a similar role
- Have experience working with complex business processes in a dynamic environment
- Have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving complex business challenges
- Build strong relationships with both business stakeholders and technical colleagues
- Take a structured approach to your work and enjoy collaborating in an agile team
- Speak and write English fluently.
