YOUR TEAM
You will join the Global Direct-to-Consumer & eCommerce organisation at BESTSELLER and work closely with the Business Director, leadership team and key stakeholders across brands, markets and functions. The organisation is characterised by high pace, strong collaboration and a shared ambition to continuously improve the way we work. In this role, you become a central support function across the organisation, ensuring that communication, people processes and operational routines run efficiently and professionally in everyday business.

YOUR ROLE
As Executive Assistant, you will act as the operational engine behind the DTC & eCommerce leadership team. You ensure that priorities are translated into action, that communication flows smoothly and that the organisation operates efficiently across day-to-day activities and larger strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and take ownership of the administrative and operational rhythm across the function.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendar planning, communication flows, travel coordination and administrative support for the Business Director and leadership team
  • Driving the meeting cadence across the organisation, town halls, brand and market meetings, stakeholder sessions and offsites
  • Coordinating internal communication across department updates, newsletters and leadership communication
  • Preparing presentations, materials, briefings and follow-ups that create clear alignment and direction
  • Tracking actions, OKRs, deadlines and decisions across the organisation and ensuring consistent follow-through
  • Supporting the yearly people processes including Growth Management, People Review, engagement initiatives and organisational updates
  • Handling operational people administration such as onboarding, activities and employee lifecycle activities.

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured, proactive and highly reliable in the way you work. You enjoy creating clarity in complex environments and naturally take ownership of coordination, administration and follow-through. At the same time, you are service-minded, collaborative and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders across different functions and markets.

We imagine that you:

  • Bring experience from a similar Executive Assistant role, Direct-To-Consumer/Online business management, commercial finance or commercial operational coordination role in an international environment
  • Work in a highly structured and detail-oriented way while maintaining a strong overview across multiple priorities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English
  • Are comfortable working with presentations, Excel, advanced digital tools and AI/Agentic based workflows (Claude or Similar) 
  • Have a natural ability to coordinate stakeholders, drive follow-up and ensure progress across tasks and projects
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
