Role: Paid Internship – Showroom / Sales & Office Assistant

BESTSELLER USA is continuing its expansion in the US market, and we are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and fashion-driven intern to support our LA showroom and sales team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across wholesale fashion sales, showroom operations, merchandising, and office management within a fast-growing global fashion company.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in fashion wholesale, sales, merchandising, or brand operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support daily showroom operations and maintain presentation standards
- Assist sales team during market appointments and buyer meetings
- Prepare samples, line sheets, merchandising racks, and collections for market
- Coordinate showroom organization, inventory, and sample management
- Help with shipping, receiving, unpacking, and tracking samples
- Assist with order entry, account follow-up, and sales support tasks
- Manage office supplies, meeting setup, and general administrative support
- Support team with market preparation and event coordination
- Help maintain calendars, schedules, and internal communication
- Work cross-functionally with multiple brands and departments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Interest in fashion, wholesale, sales, or merchandising
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay proactive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Previous retail, showroom, or internship experience is a plus
- Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work in-office
