At the same time, you will monitor ongoing initiatives and support improvements across the post-purchase customer journey, always with a focus on creating better and more efficient processes.

Your focus areas include:

  • Driving and coordinating projects across markets and marketplaces
  • Bridging operational teams and technical product owners
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Supporting process improvements between Distribution, Ecommerce teams and brands

You are structured, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders. You enjoy creating overview and moving things forward.

You likely have some experience within project management or coordination, and you are comfortable working with both operational teams and more technical stakeholders. You communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and are not afraid to challenge or follow up to move things forward.

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience within project management or coordination
