Operational Team Lead

We are looking for an Operational Team Lead to drive and develop our direct-to-consumer operations across 50+ markets. 

YOUR TEAM
You will lead a team of four coordinators and specialists within Ecommerce Distribution & Projects. Together, you are responsible for ensuring that our operations setup supports a fast, reliable and scalable Ecommerce business. 

We work closely with warehouses, carriers and internal stakeholders across Ecommerce, Finance and Supply Chain. The team is characterised by a hands-on mindset, strong ownership and a shared ambition to continuously improve how we operate. You step into a role where collaboration is key, and where decisions are made close to the business. 

YOUR ROLE
In this role, you take ownership of our end-to-end DTC operations setup. You ensure that our operations run efficiently across markets while balancing cost, service level and customer experience. 

You will lead your team in managing transportation flows to and from our warehouse in Poland, while working actively with cost optimisation and carrier performance. At the same time, you stay close to both the tactical and strategic direction of the area, helping shape how we develop and scale our setup. 

A key part of the role is also to improve the post-purchase experience, including returns and reverse flows, where you work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. 

Your focus areas include: 

  • Leading and developing your team through daily operations and ongoing feedback
  • Driving cost optimisation and performance across transportation and carriers
  • Ensuring operational readiness during peak and seasonal periods
  • Improving customer experience through strong post-purchase flows
  • Collaborating across markets and functions to align priorities

You bring experience from Ecommerce, supply chain or operations and are motivated by combining operational performance with people leadership. You thrive in a role where you are close to daily operations, while also contributing to how the area develops going forward. 

As a leader, you take ownership of both results and people. You create structure in daily operations, while ensuring your team develops and performs. You are used to working with KPIs and performance management, and you approach challenges with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Have experience within Ecommerce, supply chain or operations
  • Have experience leading or developing a team
  • Work confidently with KPIs and performance optimization
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate across stakeholders
