We are looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist who goes beyond maintaining flows and instead designs and develops them. YOUR TEAM 
As our new CRM & Automation Specialist, you will join the Digital Marketing & CRM team, working to strengthen how our brands engage with customers across channels. 

You will be part of an ambitious team collaborating across marketing, tech and data to create relevant and effective customer journeys. We take ownership, work hands-on and continuously look for better ways to improve our communication. With a high pace and clear ambitions, you will play a key role in shaping how we work with CRM and automation across our brands. 

YOUR ROLE 
In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, technology and customer experience, ensuring communication is relevant, timely and creates value. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Acting as a trusted sparring partner for our brands, translating complex CRM and automation setups into clear and actionable solutions across marketing and tech. 
  • Designing, building and optimising automated customer journeys aligned with business goals. 
  • Analysing retention and performance data and turning insights into initiatives that drive engagement and growth. 
  • Advising on lead generation initiatives, including gamification, onsite triggers and conversion optimisation. 
  • Exploring and applying AI tools to enhance customer experiences, predict behaviour and scale content relevance.

YOUR PROFILE 
You have already built a solid foundation within CRM and are motivated to keep learning, developing and challenging how marketing automation can be used. 

We imagine that you: 

  • have 3+ years of experience within CRM strategy, marketing automation and segmentation, combined with a strong commercial mindset. 
  • take ownership of both brands and performance and work independently, while recognising the value of close collaboration. 
  • are motivated by building and developing brands over time and enjoy working closely with stakeholders to support their performance and long-term direction. 
  • have a strong analytical mindset and can turn data into clear insights and concrete actions. 
  • have hands-on experience with CRM platforms and journey mapping. Experience with Voyado or Salesforce is a plus.
