Tax Manager

We are looking for a versatile and business-oriented specialist in Danish and international corporate tax at a high professional level, who can help drive our proactive business partner role.

YOUR TEAM
You will join BESTSELLER Corporate Tax, a team of specialised colleagues working to ensure a high level of compliance through a strategic, pragmatic, and holistic approach. The team is characterised by strong professionalism, openness, and a genuine passion for tax. YOUR ROLE
We believe motivation and ownership are key drivers of performance. Your responsibilities will therefore be shaped by your experience and strengths, while ensuring a broad exposure to Danish and international tax matters.

You will work with a range of exciting tasks, including:

  • Advising and supporting the business on Danish and international tax matters
  • Driving and further developing BESTSELLER’s tax control framework, as well as other global compliance standards and processes across the group
  • Planning, optimising, and reporting on corporate taxes across the group
  • Handling audits and negotiations with authorities in Denmark and abroad
  • Driving and developing our International Tax Network

YOUR PROFILE
You are a strong communicator and a team player, able to build and maintain relationships across organisational levels and national borders. You thrive in an informal environment with high professional demands and take an analytical and structured approach to your work. You deliver results and are comfortable making independent decisions and setting direction.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

  • A relevant educational background such as cand.jur., cand.merc.jur., cand.merc.aud., or similar
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Danish and international tax from a larger international company or an audit and advisory company
  • Experience with cross-border transactions and international tax matters
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
  • A strong numerical and accounting understanding, as well as solid Excel skills

LOCATION
You will primarily work from our office in Aarhus, with occasional days at our headquarters in Brande.
