TECH SPECIALIST (f/m/n)
Location: Vienna
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the optimal performance and integration of digital tools across the organization.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams, promoting efficient tool usage.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with IT teams and external vendors to address complex technical challenges promptly.
• Serve as the primary contact for EDI-related queries and technical support requests.
• Manage EDI connections with customers and partners, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data transfer issues to minimize business disruption.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to improve EDI integrations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting and system configurations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in EDI data integration, data flow management, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on expertise in digital tools and system integrations.
• Background in technical support, IT operations, or system administration.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluent English skills: German proficiency is a plus.
