YOUR TEAM

You’ll be part of the Partner Department, working alongside a dedicated and experienced team focused on strengthening our retail partnerships. Together, we support our partners across the CIS region, ensuring high performance and sustainable growth. We value open dialogue, local expertise, and mutual success.

 

YOUR ROLE

As a Partner Retail Responsible, you’ll be responsible of managing and developing partner retail stores across the CIS region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and analysing daily and weekly sales and KPIs,
  • Visiting stores regularly to provide on-site support and ensure performance goals are met,
  • Coordinating the execution of store opening plans and seasonal assortments,
  • Identifying potential store locations and preparing feasibility studies,
  • Overseeing operational processes, including store layout and product delivery,
  • Minimising financial risks by managing guarantees, deposits, and collections,
  • Supporting staff training initiatives in collaboration with internal departments,
  • Building a strong network of potential new retail partners for all our brands,
  • Leading structured partner meetings with regular feedback and follow-up actions.
     

You’ll play a key role in strengthening our retail presence, ensuring that each store reflects the values and quality of our brands.

YOUR PROFILE

  • BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant fields,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within fashion or consumer goods,
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach,
  • Confident in building and maintaining business relationships,
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and travelling regularly,
  • Attention to detail with the ability to see the broader perspective,
  • Proficient in English; Russian is a big plus,
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset.
