WHAT YOU’LL DO
Under the guidance of the Financial Performance Manager, you will be our key person for transforming repetitive tasks into efficient processes using technology tools. You'll play a crucial role in improving financial processes for our team, participating in modernization projects, and helping to implement automation solutions.
Some of your responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in implementing automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data in automated systems.
  • Collaborate with finance and technology teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Conduct tests on automated processes and adjust parameters as needed.
  • Help document new processes and train team members on automation tools.
  • Support daily accounting operations (data entry, reconciliations, verifications).
  • Contribute to ad hoc tasks as required by the team or special projects.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and automation tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, FCC, XL Cube).
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams to gather information and share recommendations.
  • Sharp skills in analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Adherence to high standards of ethics and confidentiality.
  • Excellent knowledge of excel, including macros and technical skill to develop new tools.
  • Attention to detail and precision in your work.
