We’re looking for a new colleague to join the ServiceNow development team in BESTSELLER TECH.

YOUR TEAM
As a team, we’re fully dedicated to the ServiceNow platform which is our global self-service portal. Your closest colleagues are based in Brande (Denmark) and Malága (Spain), and we support colleagues across all of BESTSELLER, covering our more than 20 brands as well as the corporate functions.

YOUR JOB
As an analyst in Team ServiceNow, you’ll be the primary responsible for helping our business digitize its processes. The job is centered on people, so if you’re naturally curious and love to ask questions, you’ll have the time of your life! It is an essential part of your job to meet your stakeholders where they are and connect their needs with the development team's creativity, and you do so by:

  • Meeting stakeholders across all of BESTSELLER - online and face-to-face 
  • Helping our stakeholders on their digitization journey by acting as their sounding board, when it comes to process, design and/or technical requirements. 
  • Inspiring improvements by asking questions and challenging existing ways of working – across the business as well as in our own team. 
  • Working closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure that our systems are simple and effective.
  • Creating and structuring concrete development tasks for the developers in the team based on the analysis process.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You're an outgoing and open communicator who looks for opportunities, when faced with challenges.
  • Fluent in English, written as well as spoken.
  • You are motivated by helping people with a completely different field of expertise than yours. 
  • Automation and process optimization excites you!
  • Experience with UX is a plus, but not essential. 
  • An understanding of coding and system design is a plus, but not essential.

WORK LOCATION
Your primary base will be our office in Brande, which you will be working from at least once a week, but with the option of working from home or our Aarhus office the rest of the time. You can expect approximately 15-20 days of international traveling per year in connection with visiting stakeholders or colleagues in Málaga.
