YOUR TEAM
As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll join our dedicated team within BESTSELLER's central People department. Our team of specialists collaborate closely to support the entire organization with attraction, recruitment, and onboarding. While we're a busy bunch, we prioritize a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Eight enthusiastic colleagues await your arrival and are eager to help you settle into your new role.

THE JOB
You'll be responsible for supporting our brands and functions in attracting and recruiting talent for office positions in Denmark. Additionally, you'll support our global talent acquisition colleagues in the markets in their processes and systems, enabling them to deliver effective attraction, recruitment, and onboarding initiatives locally. Depending on the needs of each brand and function you support in Denmark, your daily tasks include:

  • Supporting the recruitment process from A to Z
  • Creating and publishing job advertisements
  • Screening and evaluating candidates through our recruitment system, Success Factors
  • Sourcing relevant profiles through LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Pools etc.
  • Conducting interviews and providing feedback on assessments, e-stimate & GIA
  • Participating in various projects and day-to-day tasks, both digital and global

YOUR PROFILE
We imagine you bring experience from a research consultant role or similar and aspire to elevate your recruitment skills as a dedicated recruitment partner. Most importantly, you possess a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for recruitment. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience from a dedicated recruitment role
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
  • Fluency in Danish and English, written as well as spoken
  • Knowledge of assessment tools within psychometrics and cognitive tests (considered an advantage)

WORK LOCATION
Your primary work location will be Aarhus, Denmark. However, your presence is also required at the locations of the specific brands and functions you support.
