Vila Dublin Region - Store Manager

Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited are currently seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team in our VILA store in Dublin Region. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage our store and be responsible for achieving the sales targets of the team. This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend work

Role: Retail Store Manager
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
  • Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding agreed sales and KPI targets
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver strong commercial results
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
  • Manage, coach, and develop the team to maximise individual and store performance
  • Ensure effective stock control and inventory management
  • Support and execute in-store marketing, promotions, and overall store development
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and all legal requirements relating to health, safety, hygiene, and security
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required


The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Proven retail management experience (fashion retail experience is desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to set clear priorities and goals
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead by example
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability with a commercial mindset
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
  • Basic digital and AI literacy, with the ability to use technology to support store operations, reporting, and team efficiency
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
