Sales Responsible

Do you want responsibility for some of VILA’s most important online customers? We are looking for a Sales Responsible to take ownership and grow our business with Amazon & About You - some of our largest Cross Border Online customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, optimising performance and ensuring the right product mix to create profitable growth.

TOGETHER, WE ARE THE BEST 
You will be part of an ambitious and dedicated CBO (Cross Border Online) team of 10 colleagues - each with their own expertise within sales and support for key online partners such as Zalando, About You, ASOS, Amazon and our own e-commerce. Our highest priority is to ensure that our customers experience the highest service level, the best product assortment, and outstanding cooperation. You will work closely with your team as well as our CBO Buying, Wholesale department and NOOS (Never Out of Stock) colleagues to secure strong alignment and seamless execution across all areas of our business.  

FORM RELATIONSHIPS THAT LAST 
You will be responsible for driving sales and growing VILA’s business by selling in collections to our key customers, Amazon & About You. Your primary focus is building strong customer relationships, selling in collections and ensuring solid commercial results. Together with your team, you ensure the right product mix aligned with VILA’s DNA, price range and customer expectations. You take ownership of the full sales cycle, from sell-in and campaign planning to performance follow-up and optimization of the online product package. You also translate feedback from our CBO customers into clear input for our product departments, ensuring that future collections reflect customer and market needs. 

More specifically, you will:

  • Take responsibility for selling in VILA collections and securing the right product mix in close collaboration with Buying
  • Execute the commercial strategy for your accounts in close collaboration with International CBO Sales Manager
  • Monitor performance, identify sales opportunities and act proactively to optimise results
  • Ensure strong order follow-up while maintaining a high service level and a professional, solution-oriented and commercially driven partnership with Amazon & About You
  • Drive financial targets and budgets, ensuring growth and profitability through structured follow-up and analysis

We imagine that you:

  • Have solid experience from a similar B2B sales role, preferably working with online key accounts or e-commerce customers
  • Experience from the textile or fashion industry as well as product knowledge will be seen as advantages
  • Are confident in negotiations and motivated by commercial results
  • Understand key figures and actively use data to optimise performance
  • Communicate fluently in English, written and spoken
