Pattern Designer

Are you ready to join an iconic brand entering an exciting new chapter - and help shape the future fit and silhouette of our collections?

This is your opportunity to take ownership of how TOPSHOP fits, feels, and performs, while building the 3D setup from the ground up.

YOUR TEAM
You will join a small and ambitious team of 9 colleagues across Sales and Buying. We work closely together, make decisions fast, and support each other in getting things done.

At the same time, you will collaborate daily with the TOPSHOP design team in the UK as well as international suppliers. This is a new setup, and you will play a key role in shaping how we work, how we build our product foundation, and how we move forward as a team.

We value ownership, initiative, and a hands-on mindset. If something can be improved, we act on it. That is how we build.

YOUR ROLE
You will take the lead on establishing and developing the fit and pattern foundation for TOPSHOP. Working in CLO3D, you will define how our products are built, fitted, and scaled across categories.

You will work closely with our suppliers and Buying across all collections, while ensuring consistency across all product groups. This is both a specialist role and a build-up role. You will not just follow standards—you will set them.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining and building the fit foundation and block library for TOPSHOP
  • Developing, adjusting, and approving 3D patterns and samples
  • Driving fit sessions and providing clear, hands-on fit comments via CLO-SET
  • Preparing measurement charts, grading, and ensuring size consistency
  • Collaborating with suppliers to secure quality, fit, and construction standards
  • Contributing to modular design and standardisation across product groups

YOUR BENEFITS
In this role, you step into a position where your decisions shape the product from day one. You will work in a setup where ownership is real and impact is visible.

You can expect:

  • A key role in rebuilding an iconic fashion brand
  • A high level of ownership and influence on product and fit direction
  • Close collaboration with international teams and suppliers
  • A fast-paced and agile environment where ideas turn into action
  • Strong opportunities to grow your expertise within 3D and digital product creation

YOUR PROFILE
You are the one who sets the direction when it comes to fit and construction. You bring experience, confidence, and a strong technical foundation, and you are motivated by building something from scratch and seeing it come to life.

You work independently, take ownership, and are not afraid to challenge existing ways of working. At the same time, you collaborate naturally and communicate clearly across teams and partners.

We imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant education within pattern design or garment construction
  • Bring solid experience working with patterns, fit, and product development
  • Have a strong understanding of fit, shape, and garment functionality
  • Understand production flows and quality requirements
  • Have experience with CLO3D and preferably CLO-SET
  • Communicate fluently in English and work confidently with data and systems

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
If you have any questions about the position, please feel free to contact Liv Nordtorp Frandsen, Product & Sourcing Manager, on +45 61 31 61 17 between 08:30 and 09:30 on weekdays.

Please upload your CV as soon as possible and no later than 10 June 2026. We review applications on an ongoing basis and reserve the right to close the posting once we have found the right match.
