Buyer

Do you want to work end-to-end with buying in a setup where 3D, AI and new ways of working are part of how we move forward? And are you motivated by taking responsibility from first idea to final product?

This is a unique opportunity to become a key part of the reintroduction of TOPSHOP. You will help bring a fashion icon back to the forefront of the European fashion scene and play a central role in shaping its future success.

In partnership with ASOS, we are now integrating TOPSHOP into our brand house under BESTSELLER. To preserve and elevate the brand’s unique DNA, TOPSHOP will operate as a separate entity. This is your chance to help build the product and sourcing foundation from the ground up in close collaboration with our UK setup.

YOUR TEAM
You will become part of a small and ambitious team of 9 colleagues working across Sales and Buying. We work closely together, make decisions fast and support each other in getting things done.

At the same time, you will collaborate closely with the TOPSHOP UK-based design team and international suppliers. It is a new set-up, which you will be involved in building, taking ownership of, and defining how this setup evolves going forward.

We are an agile team that values ownership, initiative and a hands-on approach. If something can be improved, we act on it. And right now, we are building something new.

YOUR ROLE
As Buyer, you take ownership of the full buying process. From early product input to final delivery, you ensure a strong and commercially relevant collection. You contribute to shaping how we work with buying and sourcing in a new setup connected to TOPSHOP. This includes working hands-on with styles, sample orders and ongoing development, as well as maintaining structure across timelines, data and price lists.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Driving the end-to-end buying process from idea to finished product
  • Collaborating with UK design and suppliers using 3D workflows
  • Ensuring a strong price structure, pricing mix and collection alignment
  • Sourcing new qualities together with sourcing offices and design
  • Following up on development, production and deliveries

YOUR BENEFITS
In this role, you step into a position with real ownership and influence in a setup that is still being defined.

You can expect:

  • A key role in shaping the reintroduction of TOPSHOP
  • High level of responsibility across the full buying process
  • Opportunity to work with 3D, AI and digital product creation
  • A team where ideas are welcomed and turned into action

YOUR PROFILE
You are motivated by ownership and enjoy working across the full value chain. You are curious about new ways of working and see opportunities where others see complexity. At the same time, you are ready to take part in building something new and making your mark on it.

You bring a strong understanding of product and materials, and you are comfortable working independently with commercial decisions and supplier dialogue. You are curious about new tools, including 3D and AI in product development.

We imagine that you:

  • Have minimum 4 years of experience as a Buyer within fashion or textile
  • Bring strong material and product knowledge
  • Have experience with price negotiation and supplier collaboration
  • Have experience with CLO and/or CLOSET, or a strong willingness to learn the tools

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
To apply, please upload your CV and complete the four questions in the application form instead of submitting a traditional cover letter. If you have any questions regarding the position, you are welcome to contact Liv Nordtorp Frandsen, Product & Sourcing Manager, on +45 61 31 61 17 between 08:30 and 09:30 on weekdays.

Please apply as soon as possible and no later than 1 June 2026. We review applications on an ongoing basis and reserve the right to close the position once the right candidate has been identified.

Location: Aarhus, Denmark.
