YOUR TEAM
You’ll join our E-commerce team in Brande, responsible for SELECTED.com. We work closely together on trading, campaigns and site performance, and we collaborate daily with Buying, Marketing and TECH.
Our team is hands-on and commercially focused. We look at performance every week, discuss what works and what doesn’t, and agree on clear next steps. There’s not a lot of hierarchy; if something needs fixing, we fix it.
YOUR ROLE
In this role, you’ll help ensure strong commercial performance and a smooth customer journey. You’ll work with KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate and AOV, and turn insights into concrete actions. Some days that means adjusting sorting rules or optimising search results. Other days it means setting up campaigns or coordinating with TECH on platform improvements.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analysing performance in PowerBI, Google Analytics and Clarity
- Identifying optimisation opportunities based on data and customer behaviour
- Working with on-site optimisation and CRO, including testing and personalisation
- Setting up and executing digital campaigns and promotions
- Handling day-to-day platform issues and collaborating with TECH on improvements.
This is a role where you both analyse and execute. You’ll follow things through and make sure improvements are implemented.

YOUR PROFILE
You’re structured and commercially curious. You enjoy working with data, but you’re just as motivated by turning insights into action. You like understanding how things work — and how they can work better.
You take responsibility for your tasks, ask questions when you need to, and follow things through. And you’re comfortable working in a team where priorities can shift during busy campaign periods.
We imagine that you:
- Have experience from an e-commerce, digital or online trading role
- Have worked with KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate or AOV
- Are confident using Google Analytics and Excel (PowerBI is a plus)
- Have supported campaigns, on-site optimisation or similar hands-on execution
- Speak and write English at a professional level.
