Sales Coordinator

At SELECTED, we are looking for an administrative Sales Coordinator with a great drive to join our team working with our largest online key accounts. 

YOUR DEPARTMENT
You will become part of an ambitious sales department in growth working out of our headquarters in Brande. You will join our Cross-Border Online team consisting of four colleagues who are all committed to making a difference for some of our largest online key accounts by improving their business.  To ensure alignment and growth you will work closely together with our different divisions in the Sales department and across markets.
Aside from your colleagues in Sales, you will also collaborate closely with other departments.

YOUR JOB
Your primary responsibility will be to support some of our largest online key accounts. In close collaboration with your manager, you will be responsible for ZALANDO, ZALANDO LOUNGE, ABOUT YOU, ASOS, AMAZON and WEHKAMP.
Through close dialogue and daily feedback from stakeholders in Buying and in local BESTSELLER offices, you ensure that our customers are supported in relation to order handling, follow-ups on the product flow, preparation of statistics, etc. Your job also includes servicing our salespeople, contributing to us being the customers’ preferred partner. At all times, you ensure that any account or stakeholder feels confident in their cooperation with SELECTED. 

More specifically, your work includes: 

  • Servicing the customers 
  • Responsible for planning and following up on the daily tasks in close cooperation with the customers and salespeople
  • Daily collaboration with our warehouse, logistics department and key account teams
  • Ensuring the best product flow and order handling by sharing key data
  • Developing and improving best practices and processes that can be beneficial for all
  • Various ad hoc tasks

YOUR PROFILE 
You thrive in an administrative role that will challenge your ability to create structure and take responsibility, so it is important that you are action-oriented and not afraid to take initiative. You are service-oriented, base your decisions on good tradesmanship and know how to deliver results. 
You are able to maintain a good overview in a busy working day and have a positive and service-minded attitude, even when you are managing multiple tasks at a time. Since you will be working with some of our largest international accounts, it is important that you are good at establishing and developing relationships and trust.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience from a position as Sales Support, Key Account or Sales Coordinator, Sales Backup or similar
  • Knowledge of the fashion and retail industry is an advantage 
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office – most importantly Excel
  • Fluent in written and spoken English - any German skills would be a benefit, but not a requirement.
