We’re looking for a commercially driven Division Sales Manager to play a key role in growing SELECTED FEMME's presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

YOUR TEAM & ROLE
You’ll take on a significant role in the DACH regional sales team, collaborating with local sales teams, key accounts as well as the Buying, Design and Express teams at our headquarters in Brande, Denmark.
As Division Sales Manager, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that our product and sales strategies align with market needs to drive sustainable growth. You’ll be responsible for:
- Defining the core product package for each collection based on data, category insights, and commercial appeal.
- Expanding the market by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing product assortments with a focus on sell-out performance.
- Acting as a bridge between local markets and our headquarters, ensuring alignment between product development and regional needs.
- Running our internal collection handover, preparing sales teams for sell-in periods and leading product knowledge training to keep teams up to date.
- On-the-Ground Insights: Frequently visiting key retail points, supporting partners, and staying ahead of market trends.

YOUR PROFILE
You’re an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the fashion industry and the DACH market. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive commercial success. In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales management and/or product management, ideally within fashion retail.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and turn insights into action.
- Experience managing key accounts and field accounts.
- Knowledge of the DACH fashion retail market and its trends, specifically on the female fashion side.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English, written as well as spoken – any German language skills is considered a benefit, but not a requirement.
