Social Media Coordinator

YOUR TEAM
In the Media & CRM team, you will be part of a dedicated group responsible for all paid, owned, and earned digital media, as well as CRM initiatives and projects. Our team is essential in managing key end-consumer facing channels and communication, ensuring a seamless experience no matter the touch point.

YOUR ROLE
As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our digital presence, curating a compelling brand universe and driving engagement across all platforms, as well as fostering strong relationships with our current and future brand ambassadors. 

More specifically, your tasks will include: 

  • Executing a comprehensive social media and content strategy, in line with our target consumer and brand identity
  • Handling influencer relations and marketing, including researching and negotiating with brand ambassadors
  • Planning, executing, and owning social media results with an omni-mindset
  • Maintaining and developing our primary profiles on Instagram and Facebook
  • Maintaining our Pinterest and YouTube profiles
  • Brainstorming and organizing content for our LinkedIn profile
  • Participating in content production when necessary
  • Press-related ad-hoc tasks

YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for a new team member with a genuine passion for social media and staying updated with market trends and competitors. You strive to stay ahead of the game and pitch fresh ideas proactively. You have strong visual storytelling skills to curate the best strategy to communicate our brand - and an eye for the details to execute it thoroughly. In addition, it comes natural to you to have an organized approach to all tasks and a dedication to achieving tangible results.
Collaboration is key in SELECTED and our team. We value a team player that can communicate effectively, ask for help when needed and support others in turn, and keeps relevant stakeholders updated.

QUALIFCIATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Relevant professional experience in social media management, content strategy and community building
  • Past experience with influencer marketing and deal negotiation is considered a plus.
  • Experience with planning tools such as Later and BrandWatch
  • Experience with Google Analytics 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
