Sales Manager

We’ve gained significant momentum and are growing rapidly both within the Corporate Wear segment as well as in the “blanks” for the print-on-demand sector. As a result, we are now setting up the team to make the next leap in our aggressive growth strategy.
 

We are looking to grow our team with two experienced sales profiles with expert knowledge within each of their field to take on the full responsibility for each their area of our business.

THE ‘PRODUKT’ TEAM
PRODUKT is a business model within the JACK & JONES Brotherhood. We are a volume driven department, wo uses the sheer power of BESTSELLER, providing our key account customers with proven winner products and true value for money at a competitive price. 
We’re not a traditional collection-driven brand; we also work in parallel fields within the textile industry and explore opportunities in other segments. We offer corporate wear, merchandise and blanks - in addition to operating under the sub-brand PRODUKT, delivering SMUs that drive high volume within the FMCG sector. That’s why we consider ourselves craftsmen rather than fashion people. 

FREEDOM TO CHALLENGE
As Sales Manager, you will hold a prominent position in achieving our ambitious goals. You take on the full responsibility for either the corporate wear or blanks area within PRODUKT’s business across all markets. Drawing on your solid experience and deep insights into your field, you know how to navigate in the markets among direct wholesale customers, distributors, agents, etc. You kick in doors to new customers and markets within your segment - acting on your own as well as in collaboration with our dedicated Sales Representatives in the markets, whom you inspire, train and grow.
You bring new experience and ideas to the table – pushing limits, challenging and developing our strategy. More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of your business area 
  • Setting up and executing sales strategies for your markets/customers
  • Developing and maintaining deep insights of your markets
  • Preparing sell-in and being present in market showrooms
  • Setting up Sales Meetings with volume customers in collaboration with local forces
  • Establishing long-term relationships with our customers
  • Participating in our internal Sales Meetings as the expert on the products and the various solutions we offer
  • Collecting feedback from the markets for future collections.

You always make decisions by tapping into your business understanding and analysis of figures and numbers. 

YOUR PROFILE
Because of the way we operate, it’s important that you have experience from textile brands that aren’t collection driven – whether it’s corporate wear, staff clothing, blanks, FMCG, government tenders, merchandise, license or the like is less important.

Moreover, we would like you to bring:

  • Solid experience approaching new customers
  • Experience with Private Label and SMU is considered an advantage
  • Knowing how to accommodate customer demands and solve challenges
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken - German is an advantage, but not a must.

TRAVEL: You can expect approximately 50-70 annual travel days, mainly within Europe.
