Internship within E-Commerce & Campaign

At PIECES we are looking for a dedicated intern to join our ambitious E-commerce team, where you will play a key role in supporting online sales growth through strategic planning, merchandising and using data.

THE E-COMMERCE TEAM   
As an intern in our E-Commerce department, you will become part of a team with ambitious and proactive colleagues, who share a passion for e-commerce and collaborate closely in driving growth in all online markets. 

THE INTERNSHIP   
You will be actively involved in the team’s daily operations, focusing on the planning and execution of E-Commerce strategies. You will work closely with your colleagues in E-com and Brand Marketing to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, email marketing, and product launches, using data and performance insights to guide decisions and optimizations. You will have great influence on your work, and we expect you to take responsibility and drive projects independently.    

Your key responsibilities include:   

  • Campaign planning & Execution: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing online campaigns across email, app and website.    
  • Email Marketing: Support in setting up and optimizing E-Commerce email flows, and promotional emails to drive engagement and sales.    
  • Merchandising & searching: Ensure accurate product representation across digital platforms by analyzing search behavior and performance data, and use insights to optimize product placement, visual merchandising, and content to drive conversion.   
  • SEO: Support SEO initiatives by analyzing search behavior and performance data, and contributing to on-site optimizations that improve visibility, traffic, and conversion within e-commerce   
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyze email campaigns, site performance, and content effectiveness to optimize future initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS   

  • You are enrolled in the Commercial & Retail Management Master programme at Aarhus University.   
  • Strong planning and coordination skills with a structured approach to tasks.    
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.   
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset, with curiosity to explore performance data and translate insights into actions   
  • Experience in email marketing or campaign planning is an advantage, but not a must.   
  • A passion for fashion and online shopping is considered as an advantage.   

To thrive in this role, you should be proactive, detail-oriented, and structured. You enjoy taking ownership of projects, balancing routine tasks with optimizing initiatives. We provide you with the tools and guidance to succeed, but we expect you to bring a fresh and curious mind, ready to experiment and learn. Given the fast-paced nature of E-Commerce, it is important that you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring process and efficiency.
