Expansion & Real Estate Coordinator

ONLY STORES is expanding heavily on the European markets. Therefore, we are now looking for a structured and experienced Coordinator to manage the expansion and maintenance of our more than 300 stores across Germany.

THE DEPARTMENT AND THE POSITION
ONLY STORES is a retail fashion company establishing and operating with ONLY and ONLY&SONS stores across Europe. With new store openings every week we are growing rapidly, and our goal is to open approx. 300 additional new stores during the coming years.

As our new Expansion & Real Estate Coordinator you will play a key role in a small team, which is of high strategic importance for the organization and has direct influence on the establishment of our ONLY and ONLY & SONS stores across the European markets. Our expansion department is responsible for finding, negotiating and managing new and existing rental properties and locations for our retail stores. In addition to creating, processing and managing rental contracts, the team also represents an important interface for correspondence between landlords, brokers, owners and other external stakeholders and our retail management and other internal departments. More specifically, you will:

  • Establishment, processing and support of rental contract management in German and English
  • Coordination, processing and administration of offered rental properties in German and English
  • Coordination and management of existing and new contracts
  • Preparation of sublease agreements and terminations for our subsidiaries in German and English
  • Correspondence with brokers and owners on contractual issues
  • Correspondence with the headquarters in Denmark in English
  • Monitoring of contract-relevant data, indices, terms and offers
  • Creation and maintenance of concluded rental agreements in the web platform

YOUR PROFILE
You thrive in a key role with a broad international interface, so it is important that you possess excellent communication skills and the will to succeed. You are structured, thrive in administrative tasks and have a strong sense of business acumen. You are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with lots of drive and opportunities for both personal and professional development. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience from a similar position, preferably in retail real estate or expansion
  • Structured, detail-oriented and proactive   
  • Good at building relationships with relevant stakeholders 
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with MS Office – especially Excel
