THE DEPARTMENT & ROLE

NAME IT team is looking for a Account Manager for Sales Department. This role will report to NAME IT Sales Manager.

You will be working aside a leader who shares a passion for fashion and a vision that has an “outside of the box” approach. The atmosphere in the workplace is informal, yet we work hard together to achieve our common goal: to take the success of BESTSELLER to an even higher level.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant fields,
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales departments in textile fashion brand preferably with experience in kids brands,
  • Passion for product management and sales in fashion,
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent planning and organizing skills,
  • Proactive and self-starter approach,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office – most importantly Excel.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential target markets and customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet their requirements,
  • Ensuring that the right product is available at the right time and in the right quantity by examining store sales analysis, customer profiles and demands,
  • Creating reports within the framework of planning activities and presenting them to the relevant units,
  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum latency,
  • Preparing the stock mix plan in accordance with the customer profile based on months, special periods, and categories, effectively managing the capacity, and following the sales budgets,
  • Controlling the purchasing, order, and stock status,
  • Planning and managing the weekly balanced shipment according to the shipping strategy,
  • Making stock feeds in product groups during the season, considering the previous sales data, future sales forecasts, current campaign, and merchandising calendar,
  • Conveying the feedback received in line with the store and competitor analyzes to the relevant units at the sales performance meeting,
  • Continuously monitoring customer expectations based on the changing climatic conditions of the stores and contributing to the achievement of company (brand) targets,
  • Determining of channel-based purchase budgets by working in parallel with the sales teams and planning the purchases within the budget,
  • Reaching the S/T targets determined on a yearly basis for the purchases made, determining the campaign setups at the right times, and sharing them with the business partners.
