Division Sales Manager, Footwear

Are you an experienced sales professional with knowledge of the shoe or fashion industry? In NAME IT, we have decided to start a footwear division, and as a result we are searching for an experienced sales profile to take the lead as Division Sales Manager for footwear.

YOUR TEAM & ROLE
You become a part of the GROWTH Department, housing NAME IT’s fastest-growing sub-brands. We are very ambitious and cooperative, believing that this is the key to our success. 

As Division Sales Manager for Footwear, you will play a central role in the development of NAME IT’s footwear. You will be involved from the start in developing a comprehensive strategy for entering the footwear market, considering market trends, competitor analysis and target demographics. In addition, you will ensure the right product development in collaboration with the design teams based on insights and findings. 

More specifically, your responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Setting the strategic direction and establishing ambitious objectives 
  • Setting sales budgets, formulating market strategies as well as planning and monitoring sales initiatives to strengthen our sales efforts 
  • Personally handling key accounts 
  • Using your skills and experience to seek out and establish cooperation with relevant key accounts 
  • Identifying distribution channels, including online platforms, retail partnerships, and direct sales channels to maximize product reach and accessibility 
  • Ensuring the right product portfolio and pricing strategy within various shoe categories.

YOUR PROFILE
You are an outgoing, ambitious, and action-oriented sales professional who is seen as an inspiring role model for your colleagues and the entire organisation. You are dedicated to your work and capable of delivering on the high growth potential. You have the necessary competencies in negotiation processes, and due to your solid experience and passion for sales, you can identify opportunities for growth, understand our customers' value chain, and thereby expand our market position internationally. Your personality and strong business sense enable you to build strong relationships with customers and analyse and adapt collections to their needs.

In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications: 

  • Solid sales experience - preferably from the footwear or fashion industry
  • Interest in the fashion industry and footwear in particular
  • Excellent negotiation, collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent English, written as well as spoken
  • A passion for fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
