At JJREBEL, we're looking for a Designer who knows how to bring ideas to life and turn them into strong commercial styles. Someone who enjoys the creative process but also understands the decisions, adjustments and attention to detail that make a commercial collection successful.

You'll become part of JJREBEL at JACK & JONES, designing for an international audience where great products, strong teamwork and a commercial mindset drive everything we do.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PRODUCT

You'll be based at our headquarters in Brande, joining a dedicated JJREBEL design team consisting of Designers, Graphic Designers and your Design Manager.
We work closely with Buying, Sales and our suppliers, which means feedback is close, decisions happen quickly and everyone plays a part in making the product better.
Things move fast here. We test ideas, challenge each other and adjust along the way. It's a team where you can contribute your own creative perspective while learning from people who know the product and the business.


FROM FIRST SKETCH TO FINAL STYLE

You'll be involved in shaping our collections, making the creative and practical decisions that bring each style together.

One day, you might be exploring new fabrics or working on a new silhouette. The next, you're reviewing samples, refining a fit or discussing product details with Buying and suppliers.

Your job is to connect the creative possibilities with what makes sense for our customers and our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and developing designs that fit the JJREBEL identity and appeal to our customers
  • Turning creative ideas into wearable, commercially relevant products
  • Selecting and refining fabrics, colours, fits and construction details
  • Preparing sketches, technical drawings and specifications for production
  • Reviewing samples and working with suppliers to improve and finalise styles
  • Working closely with Buying, Sales and your design colleagues to develop strong collections
  • Using AI tools as part of the daily design and development process.

YOU KNOW YOUR WAY AROUND A GREAT PRODUCT

You don't just recognise a good design. You understand why it works.

You notice when a fit is slightly off, when a fabric could work better or when a small detail can lift an entire style. You have a strong interest in fashion and understand what customers want, but you're equally driven by creating products that perform commercially.

You enjoy working with others, welcome feedback and know that the strongest result isn't always the first idea. When things get busy, you stay focused, make decisions and keep your projects moving.

We imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant education within fashion design and a few years of professional experience
  • Understand garment construction, fits, fabrics and the technical side of product development
  • Have a natural interest in fashion, customer preferences and commercial opportunities
  • Are comfortable working with AI tools or eager to develop your skills in AI-driven design
  • Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
