YOUR TEAM
You will join our international JACK & JONES sales team at the headquarters in Brande, where we drive and handle responsibilities across our southern markets.
Together with a dynamic team of 8 colleagues, you work close to the daily sales business and specifically our customers in the Spanish market. We hire for mindset and train for skills – collaboration across the team and support is key for any new team member.
YOUR ROLE
Your primary responsibility will be the administrative support of our sales responsible, our sales representatives and our customers in the Spanish market. In addition, you will be the link between the customers, the sales team and JACK & JONES’ buying department.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Ensuring correct sales flow in collaboration with Buying and Sales.
- Order processing and following up on order and stock situation.
- Distribution of products to our customers.
- Assisting at collection meetings, sales events and fairs.
- Optimizing sales to our customers/partners.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an individual with a sales-oriented, positive, and energetic attitude, who thrives in an administrative role that requires you to work on and prioritize between multiple tasks at the same time.
Ideally, you bring:
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong English skills
- A structured and proactive way of working
- Experience from a sales support or administrative role is an advantage
