Recently JACK&JONES also announced the birth of a brand-new women’s brand JJXX. There are steep ambitions to keep growing our brands and store portfolio both with JACK&JONES and JJXX. Our team in Spain today consist of 2 passioned Visual Merchandisers that you will be working in close cooperation with. You will have the responsibility of around 20 stores in your area.
The position
As Visual Merchandiser one of your tasks will be ensuring that our core competences within Visual Merchandising, Product Knowledge and Service is carried out according to our concept.
You will develop, train and follow up on our Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and the store staff. One of the ways to do this will be through store visits and workshops that you will plan and execute. Besides this you will be a part of planning the National Strategy and securing the implementation within your area.
We will secure that you receive a thorough onboarding when you start in your position. During the onboarding period, you will get a deep insight into our stores and be teamed up with one of our skilled Visual Merchandisers for them to train you in everything you need to know to become a success in the position.
We imagine that you live around Málaga, as you will be working mainly in that area.
There will be travel days within this position, both locally in the country and visits to our HQ in Denmark.

You’re independent, result-oriented, and have a structured approach to your work and a distinct winner mentality. Most important; together with the other Visual Merchandisers, Area Managers and Team in the stores, you have the will to run the stores as if it were your own and thus create positive results for the business. It’s important to us that you take the lead and focus on solutions rather than problems and that your personality and attitude towards work motivate the rest of the team. You thrive in an exciting and challenging position in an international Retail chain where you have the possibility to influence the framework for your position, and where success is created by your and your team’s efforts.
Skills:
Training and developing others are a natural part of your personality
You thrive with working with others and achieve results through them
A fundamental knowledge within Female and male Visual Merchandising and Styling
Knowledge of Retail Operations
At least 5 years’ experience with training others
A good understanding of consumer service
Independent, structured and good communication skills
Strong and persistent personality
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Drivers license
