Estamos en la búsqueda de una persona con experiencia sólida en gestión de equipos y operaciones comerciales. 

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Organizar y supervisar las operaciones diarias de la tienda.
  • Gestionar el personal y delegar tareas.
  • Mantener registros de precisos de ventas e inventario.
  • Desarrollar e implementar iniciativas de marketing.
  • Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Ayudar a los clientes con la selección de productos.
  • Garantizar la seguridad de la tienda.
  • Organizar la distribución de productos y garantizar su adecuada visibilidad en la tienda.
  • Analizar ventas, KPIs y costos, gestionando el presupuesto del local para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.

 

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Personas con experiencia previa en posiciones similares y liderando equipos comerciales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Preparatoria terminada.
  • Disponibilidad para jornada de 9 horas diarias, 5 días a la semana (con 1 hora de descanso intermedio y 2 días libres semanales).
  • Conocimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de operaciones de la tienda.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
