The JACK & JONES MONEY MAKER programme is a inter half-year period intense talent development programme packed with sales training and personal development. You will be living in Denmark, working at the JACK & JONES Headquarter, where experts will teach you all about our NOOS business model, products, presentation techniques, sales and much more. After the 1-year programme you will be going back to your market where you will be responsible for ensuring that the customers are always stocked with the best performing NOOS products in their market.

 

Your practical work is focused on maintaining a close partnership with your market. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are serviced at the highest possible level, so your market’s customers are stocked 24/7 with the latest best performers and top 10 trend styles. More specifically, your tasks include:

 

Ongoing phone dialogue with our customers and sales team regarding their product package and performance on sales out of stores
Discovering new ways of creating both nearness to customers and turnover through digital approaches
Secure all your allocated customers have the best performing styles in store and are stocked up with the correct quantity and sizes that match their sales.


Weekly live meeting with local team in terms of product focus, sales strategy, and product performance
Participating in and planning extraordinary call days approximately once a month
Presentation on wishlists / product lists to customers
Travelling to your home country to visit the Showroom and meet customers
Creating videos in collaboration with our digital team
