We are looking for a new colleague for our Retail department at our headquarters in Brande, Denmark.

YOUR TEAM
You become part of a dedicated team responsible for JACK & JONES’ retail stores. We are more than 20 colleagues with competences that span the entire retail area – from retail operations, planning, buying and visual merchandising to establishing stores, omnichannel and digital initiatives. Together, we contribute to keeping our +1000 stores running, while continuously expanding our business and optimizing the way we operate. YOUR JOB
You’ll be working closely with Retail Director for JACK&JONES Own Stores, when it comes to creating action plans to make sure we reach all targets for the more than 700 stores we operate ourselves worldwide. This means that – besides your closest colleagues in Denmark – you will also be collaborating with our 15 Retail Managers located at our offices all over the world.

More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Creating action plans to reach targets and budgets.
  • Following up on targets and budgets.
  • Collaborating and supporting the countries to make sure daily, weekly and monthly business is running.
  • Preparation for meetings - online as well as in our international offices – ensuring that we present relevant data to support our stores in reaching their targets.
  • Prioritizing tasks to ensure the focus for the business.
  • Analyzing business data through existing tools   and delivering the data to the countries for even better performance.

YOUR PROFILE
You are ambitious and pursue your goals with a determined, systematic and analytical approach. You are open-minded and curious, when it comes to find solutions to optimize the operations and chasing solutions with a can-do attitude. You are strong communicator and comfortable in a role that requires you to present performance analyses to facilitate business growth. You’ll be joining a fast-paced organisation and collaborating with colleagues across borders, so it is important for us that you are good at building relationships and are open and proactive.

In addition, we are looking for the following specific qualifications:

  • Experience from a similar role  , working with data analysis to support business decisions  
  • Degree in finance, economics or business
  • Excellent skills in Excel
  • Experience operating finance systems (we use SAP)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken – any German skills is considered a plus.
