Sales Assistant for French market

We are looking for a French-speaking Sales Assistant to join our JACK & JONES team in Brande.

YOUR TEAM
You become a part of a sales team with dedicated and energetic colleagues in JACK & JONES’ sales department. You will collaborate closely with the sales representatives and play a significant role in contributing to developing JACK & JONES’ position in the French market.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibility will be to support our sales responsible, our sales representatives and our customers in the French market. In addition, you will be the link between the customers, the sales team and JACK & JONES’ buying department. More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Administrative support for the sales team in the French market
  • Ensuring correct sales flow in collaboration with Buying and Sales
  • Order processing and following up on order and stock situation
  • Distribution of products to our customers 
  • Assisting at collection meetings
  • Assisting at sales events and fairs
  • Optimising sales to our customers/partners.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an individual with a sales-oriented, positive, and energetic attitude, who thrives in an administrative role that requires you to work on and prioritise between multiple tasks at the same time. We hire for mindset and train for skills, but it would be great, if you bring the following to the table:

  • Solid understanding of numbers and business 
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English
  • Experience from a sales position would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the fashion and/or retail industry is considered a plus.
