As a trainee in the JACK&JONES & JJXX Sales Academy, your tasks go far beyond traditional sales. The programme is designed to blend practical responsibilities with structured learning and professional development. You will:

· Participate in weekly training sessions, product workshops, and feedback meetings

· Learn sales techniques and customer engagement strategies through real-world experience

· Work hands-on with B2B selling guided by experienced mentors

· Build strong, long-term partnerships with customers in your market

· Analyse sales data to ensure your stores are stocked with the best-performing products

· Collaborate closely with your local to execute sales activities

No, the corporate language at BESTSELLER and JACK&JONES & JJXX is English. All training, communication, and collaboration are conducted in English.

EU citizens do not need a permit. Non-EU citizens will be fully supported by BESTSELLER throughout the visa and permit application process.

Experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We prioritise mindset, potential, and your willingness to learn and grow.

We accept up to 8 talented individuals per intake, which occurs twice a year (May and November start in Denmark).

There is no fixed position promised at the start. However, we aim to build long-term relationships and aim to recruit trainees into full-time roles based on their performance and business needs.

Upon completing the academy, you are expected to:

· Demonstrate a solid understanding of JACK&JONES & JJXX’s business, values, and sales approach

· Manage sales responsibilities independently in your local market

· Use your education and experience from the JACK&JONES SALES ACADEMY to support customer partnerships and drive performance

· Continue to grow within our organisation, taking ownership of your career progression
