As an International Sales Trainee you will join our JACK&JONES & JJXX Sales Academy in our headquarters in Brande, Denmark. While being part of the Sales Academy you will indulge in a learning environment where the top priority is providing you with the right tools, knowledge, and experience to succeed in the world of sales. 

As an International Sales Trainee, you’ll be an active part of our commercial team from day one. You’ll work hands on with our B2B customers. You will gain practical experience while contributing to real business results.  

You will be located in Denmark, but you will work closely with local sales representatives from your country. 

As an International Sales Trainee, you'll be an integral part of our team.  
 
You will be mentored by our in-house experts that have up to 25 years of experience in our company. You will gain skills that will serve as a solid foundation for your future success working in sales across our business.   

During your time at the JACK&JONES & JJXX SALES ACADEMY, you will be exposed to key subjects as: 

  • Business analytics  

  • Product strategy  

  • Customer management  

  • Personal growth

Besides developing your career both personally and professionally, your main role will be within B2B sales in close collaboration with sales representatives from your market. The key focus is NOOS and in-season sales.  You will also be:

  • A key element in our NOOS sales organisation 

  • Handling your own B2B customer portfolio (with your sales representative) 

  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with B2B customers 

  • Analysing business opportunities and following up on performance 

  • Optimising NOOS business for customers 

  • Collaborating with our NOOS and Product team 

  • Participating in in-depth sales and business training – including digital sales 

  • Turning theory into real life interactions with customers 

As part of our JACK&JONES & JJXX SALES ACADEMY, you will take part in an inspiring field trip to one of our key markets.  

This experience is designed to broaden your understanding of the fashion industry, challenge your thinking, and connect your learning to the real world of retail and wholesale.  

During the trip, we will visit our local JACK&JONES country office, where we will get:  

  • A deep dive into the local market and key customers 

  • First-hand insights into showroom and product strategy  

  • An understanding of how the NOOS strategy is developed and executed

You take responsibility for your own growth and learning and you are able to take ownership of our customers business.

The most common career path after the program is within our own NOOS organisation. Here are some of the positions occupied by former International Sales Trainees of the Academy:   

  • NOOS Sales Representative: As a NOOS Sales Representative you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the NOOS business with our B2B customers.   

  • NOOS Responsible: As NOOS Responsible you are the overall responsible for creating and executing the NOOS strategy in your market.    

  • Sales Representative: As a Sales Representative you are responsible for selling our collections to our B2B customers.   

  • Key Account Management: As part of Key Account Management, you will have the responsibility for servicing our most important customers, both within sales and strategy.   

It is important for the JACK&JONES & JJXX Sales Academy that there is a clear career plan for all the International Sales Trainees. This will be an ongoing process in collaboration with you and your managers to determine your personalised career path.

The structure of the programme

The 6-month business education at the JACK&JONES & JJXX Sales Academy is structured in four seperate modules. Each of the modules are carefully constructed to equip our trainees in the best possible way for their future career in sales. 

This module provides the trainees with a solid foundation in business analytics and commercial performance management. The goal of the module is to foster a deep understanding of how our business operates, and how data-driven decision-making supports our NOOS business concept. 

Participants will learn to interpret and apply key commercial KPI's, understand business drivers, and develop the analytical mindset needed to contribute strategically to the performance of the business.  

The module bridges theory and practical insights, enabling future NOOS sales representatives to think beyond the numbers and act with commercial awareness. 

This module offers trainees in-depth training from our experts on how the product strategy is developed and applied across markets, channels, and customer segments.  

In addition to strategic insight, trainees will gain hands-on knowledge of our NOOS products - learning the craftsmanship, construction, and key details that define the JACK&JONES product. The aim is to build both strategic understanding and product confidence to support strong commercial sales execution. 

This module prepares the trainees to professionaly represent JACK&JONES in direct customer interactions - whether it is in the showroom, in the customers store, or on the phone. 

The focus is to develop the skills and mindset needed to build meaningful customer relationships and deliver impactful brand experiences. 

The trainee is trained in analytics and visual merchandising skills to add value to the customer’s experience. 

This module focus on building the foundation for personal and professional growth. 

The lectures in the module will strengthen self-awareness, team dynamics, and personal growth through training in goal setting, individual and team values, mindset, and motivation.  

The module also includes an off-site experience designed to encourage reflection, support change readiness, and prepare trainees for their transition back into their local markets.
