BEING AN IBT IN TECH
As an IBT in TECH, you will become part of a flat, agile, and forward-thinking organisation of more than 400 people based in Denmark, Spain and Rwanda. You will join one of our cross-functional Scrum teams, working closely with skilled colleagues across locations to support the digital backbone of BESTSELLER. You will take on the role of Analyst, working closely with your team to develop great solutions that make a real impact on how we work. You will build a deep understanding of our business processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement and help implement meaningful changes. Collaboration is key in our teams, and much of our communication happens virtually across locations, making teamwork and curiosity essential to your success.
Your daily work will include analysing how a business area uses technology and what its goals are, formulating ways to optimise processes, creating process designs and use cases, and taking part in the implementation of new technology and systems. You will also contribute to smaller workshops and training sessions, support colleagues across BESTSELLER in the best use of our tools, and take part in organisational change and communication initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
You are curious, analytical and motivated by understanding how businesses work. You have a natural interest in both people and technology, and you enjoy finding ways to make complex processes more efficient. You communicate clearly and confidently, which helps you connect with colleagues and stakeholders across functions and countries.You thrive in a collaborative environment where learning and innovation go hand in hand, and you are not afraid to take responsibility and contribute with your ideas.
Your qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focusing on IT, technology or IT Business, introducing you to e.g. UX/UI techniques, design thinking, personas, customer journey mapping, AI, and digitalisation

Experience from a tech-related student job or internship is considered a benefit

Experience with project management, data analytic tools and agile ways of working would be an advantage, but not a requirement

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

International experience from studying or working abroad
