BEING AN IBT IN TECH

As an IBT in TECH, you will be a part of an organisation that is flat and young at heart, counting more than 300 people, located in Denmark, Spain, and Rwanda. You will join one of our cross-functional agile teams, consisting of highly skilled and professional colleagues. The teams are working from all our locations, so most of the communication is happening virtually. We have end-to-end responsibility for our solutions. YOUR PROFILE    

You have a natural interest in business processes and organisations, with a knack for everything tech related. Your excellent communication skills make it easy for you to break down complex ideas so everyone can get on the same page, encouraging collaboration and understanding among team members and stakeholders. You're all about understanding and meeting customer needs, and your curiosity and open-mindedness encourage your colleagues to try out new and innovative solutions. 

 

Your qualifications:      

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focusing on IT, technology or IT Business, introducing you to e.g. UX/UI techniques, design thinking, personas, customer journey mapping, AI, and digitalisation  
  • Experience from a tech-related student job or internship is considered a benefit 
  • Experience with project management, data analytic tools and/or agile ways of working would be an advantage, but not a requirement  
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written  
  • International experience from studying or working abroad
