BEING AN IBT IN SALES MANAGEMENT

Do you know what is at stake in the sales game, and would you love to bring these competences into play in a global and fast-paced sales organisation? Then the International Business Trainee Programme in Sales Management might be the perfect match for you.

As an IBT in Sales Management, you will join a team of energetic colleagues with a shared passion for fashion. In close cooperation with your colleagues in Design and Buying, you will develop BESTSELLER’s products and constantly ensure the development of the business together with your colleagues – both at the headquarters in Denmark and in the international markets. You will get unique insights into an international and dynamic sales department along with a strong understanding of BESTSELLER’s business.

This year, we are looking for a variety of profiles to join our brands as IBT within Sales Management. Your role can take different directions depending on your strengths and interests:

  • As an IBT within Wholesale, you will collaborate closely with local Sales Representatives in one or more markets. Your primary tasks will include managing orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and aligning products with the needs of each market. By building strong relationships with customers, you will play a crucial role in improving sales results and driving customer satisfaction.
  • As an IBT within Digital Sales, you will lead the global rollout of the B2B live selling format. Your role includes planning content and generating ideas for future live sessions at both global and local levels. You will develop tailored strategies for each market, monitor performance, and evaluate results to ensure success.

YOUR PROFILE 

You have a good understanding of general business practices, and you are a natural sales talent. You have an outgoing personality and the ability to build and maintain trustworthy relations. With your professional, analytical, and proactive mindset, you enjoy taking on responsibility and new challenges. An IBT position in Sales Management is ideal for structured, organised individuals who enjoy working with data and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Your additional qualifications:  

  • A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or business school - several years of relevant full-time work experience can in some cases compensate for a lower educational level  
  • Working experience within retail or sales  
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and the latest trends  
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • International experience from studying or working abroad
