An IBT career in Sales is the right match for you if you want a dynamic role in an international setup. Across our brands, Sales teams work closely with Design, Buying, Retail and Digital to bring collections to market and develop strong partnerships with customers across regions. During your two years as an IBT, you will gain insight into how our sales organisation operates and how commercial decisions are shaped through customer understanding, data and collaboration. 

This year, we’re looking for different roles within Sales, each offering a unique entry point into areas such as market responsibility, digital sales development, and sales planning.

As an IBT in Sales Management, you will become part of an international, commercial environment where strong customer partnerships and market understanding are at the centre of everything we do. You will join a brand sales team and work closely with experienced Sales Responsibles to support and develop our wholesale business across key markets. 

You will gradually take on responsibility for specific markets, building a deep understanding of customers, collection performance and commercial opportunities. Your daily work will involve close dialogue with markets and customers, preparing and executing sell-in activities, analysing sales performance and supporting the planning and follow-up that drives profitable growth. You will gain hands-on experience with showroom presentations, order processes and market collaboration, while developing a strong product understanding and commercial mindset.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Sales, Business, International Trade or a related field
  • Experience from sales, wholesale, retail or a commercial role is an advantage
  • Strong commercial understanding and numerical insight
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Additional European languages are a strong advantage
  • International experience from studying or working abroad 

As an IBT in Digital & Sales Excellence, you will become part of a modern, performance-driven sales environment where digital tools, data and strong commercial understanding play a central role. You will work closely with Sales teams at headquarters and in local markets to support and develop how we sell across channels and countries. 

You will help strengthen sales performance by working with digital sales tools, CRM systems and performance data, supporting both daily sales execution and longer-term improvements. Your role will include analysing sales results, identifying opportunities for optimisation and supporting the implementation of new ways of working that enhance efficiency and impact. You will also contribute to developing presentations, training materials and structured processes that enable sales teams to perform at a high level. 

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Digital B2B, Marketing and other functions, acting as a link between commercial needs and digital solutions. Your qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Sales, Business Administration,
  • Digital Business, Communication or a related field
  • Experience from sales, retail, digital or analytical roles is an advantage
  • Strong interest in digital sales tools, CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
  • Good understanding of numbers and commercial performance
  • Confident communicator with presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • International experience from studying or working abroad 

As an IBT in Sales working with planning & replenishment, you will work closely with Sales, Planning and customers to ensure optimal product flow and availability across markets. Your role focuses on analysing sales and stock data, managing replenishment processes and supporting operational decision-making that secures strong performance in our NOOS business. 

You will work with automatic replenishment solutions, monitor daily and weekly sales and stock development, and support inventory decisions based on market-specific trends. In close collaboration with international sales teams and customers, you will help optimise product flow and ensure timely and accurate follow-up. You will also contribute to reporting, forecasting and the development of operational tools that support data-driven decisions. 

If you enjoy working with data, structure and operational processes while collaborating closely with commercial stakeholders, this role offers a strong foundation for a future career in Sales Planning or Commercial Operations.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree within Economics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
  • Experience from planning, logistics or analytical roles is an advantage
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • International experience from studying or working abroad
